Conveniently located within a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches in Omis and the highway, Villa Belina serves as an ideal summer holiday base for unforgettable day trips and excursions. Additionally, please note that Villa Belina is a smoke-free property, and smoking is only permitted outside.

Cancelation policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please note the following policy: 40% of the total booking price will be retained if the cancellation occurs between 48 hours after the deposit payment and 60 days before the Check-in Date. 50% of the total booking price will be retained if the cancellation occurs between 60 and 30 days before the Check-in Date. 100% of the total booking price will be retained if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the Check-in Date. Guests are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours after paying the Booking deposit.
Pets are welcome with the owner's approval upon request.

Location
Villa Belina is located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, with stunning mountain views.
During the day, it is bathed in sunlight, while at night, it is covered with a blanket of moonlight and an endless display of stars.
It is situated in the small village of Gata, near the town of Omis. It is conveniently located within a short driving distance from Split to the west and Makarska to the east, making it an excellent base for day trips to beautiful colorful national parks and historic old towns.
For those who prefer to stay close to the villa, Omis offers a variety of beautiful beaches, as well as the river Cetina and surrounding mountains to explore.

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful house! The house is both charming and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could wish for. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide tips about the area. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a memorable stay!
